Jenny works in our commercial litigation team and advises on a broad range of commercial disputes including those relating to contracts, consumer law, equity (trusts), employment and insolvency. Jenny acts for clients across wide industry sectors (leasing, hospitality, agriculture, financial services) in all jurisdictions in Australia, primarily in the Local, District and Supreme Court of New South Wales
Jenny also has solid knowledge in the area of employment law. Prior to joining Kerrs, she worked for an employers’ association and developed a strong understanding of the needs of businesses, allowing her to provide meaningful, thorough advice to our clients.
Jenny’s client-focused approach and attention to detail ensures her matters are handled expertly and commercially.
