Marcus Walker

Litigation

Marcus works in our commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. He is regularly engaged to assist clients in the resolution of complex commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvencies, contractual disputes, estate disputes, regulatory disputes and financial services disputes.

Marcus has a broad range of experience assisting clients to navigate equitable disputes involving breaches of fiduciary duties by Australian financial services licensees, directors, executors, trustees and former employees.

Marcus understands the importance of a holistic approach to litigation, working closely with each of his clients to realise their objectives and strive toward achieving favourable outcomes.
