Rachel Atkinson

Litigation Dispute Resolution

Rachel is a skilled paralegal in our Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team where she works closely with solicitors and associates to provide support on a wide range of complex matters. Prior to joining Kerrs she gained experience at a mid-tier law firm, primarily in the areas of litigation, disputes, and insolvency.

Rachel supports our solicitors by drafting correspondence, identifying and analysing relevant legal issues, and conducting legal research. 

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and French from University College Cork, Ireland.
